Steam Client Web Service (32 bit)

this thing keeps spamming itself in my task manager causing more ram use and my laptop to get heated up whenever i play any steam game
I never faced this issue before (heating of laptop etc)
I cleared my Steam web cache and cookies yet this pops out and spams more than it should.
I dont need this thing why does it keep coming , Valve Please fix this !

I get like 10 of these when i open task manager , this isnt normal

Edit: I tried everything but it is only a Temporary fix
can someone give me Permanent fix?

If it's really a "Steam client web serivce", that's nothing but malware. The only legit Steam processes are the Steam client service and the Steam web helper. Nothing for Valve to fix, you installed malware on your computer, so get rid of it!

First, have you confirmed that the process name is indeed "Steam client web service"? Check it! Doublecheck to be sure!

Now I have some problems believing you. I have the same, but it's called the "Steam client WebHelper", not a "Steam client web service". That's really odd.

Still, delete Steam's web cache for starters. That's helps alot with odd issues.

PS: MAKE UP YOUR MIND! First, you said it's a "Steam client web service(32 bit)", then you said it's a "Steam client web helper (32 bit)". So what is it now?

Is there the word service IN TASK MANAGER?

If there is, you have something wrong.

If there ISN'T then that's just the steamwebhelper.exe which is nothing more than a browser that Steam uses to display everything that isn't the library.

I had done it earlier but later same thing happens i want a permanent fix

1. Delete Steam's web cache
2. Restart Steam
3. Do litereally nothing else
4. Check the task manager
How many of the processes are there?

k just restarted
3 Steam Client web helper (32bit)

3 is perfectly normal. 1 per browser tab, the tabs are store, community & yourself. 3 tabs, 3 processes.
