Skrill purchase error(We are unable to process this payment.)

So yesterday I tried to buy Dying Light with skrill and I got this error https://prnt.sc/j81jgf
My friend does get the same error when he tries to purchase too.
Tried multiple browsers and steam app and still won't work.
Suggestions?

be patient flooding your purchase cue isnt going to help , it's just going to complicate things

Yes, I know, I opened a ticket with Skrill. No fault on Steam at all, but they will get the punishment since I can't pay them...
