Can I run PUBG?

Hi, recently I saw that pubgs minimum requirements got better. I was planning on buying this game because my pc could handle the previous minimum requirements, but not the new ones.
So maybe if anyone of you know, can I run pubg, if yes, on how many fps?

My pc:
I3 4170
8 gb RAM
GTX 760

They did not get "better" they got higher. A GTX 960 is more powerful then the previous minimum GTX 660.

And your GTX 760 is below the minimum requirements but not very far.
Your CPU is also below.
So it MAY run with everything turned down or at lower resolutions.
But how well? No clue, sorry.

Thanks for the answer, it really helped me. Do you have any idea why they made the requirements higher and if the game really got more demanding, or they just changed the requirements but not the game?

Likely they made improvements to the models and textures of the world, so the higher requirements are probably because of that. Generally companies don't increase their requirements for no reason.

That said, you're only a little lower than the minimum, and a lot of times the minimum is just what's been tested to work. You could try buying it, and then you have two hours within two weeks to refund it if it doesn't work well. One game should be enough to tell you either way.
