Your CPU is also below.
So it MAY run with everything turned down or at lower resolutions.

Thanks for the answer, it really helped me. Do you have any idea why they made the requirements higher and if the game really got more demanding, or they just changed the requirements but not the game?
That said, you're only a little lower than the minimum, and a lot of times the minimum is just what's been tested to work. You could try buying it, and then you have two hours within two weeks to refund it if it doesn't work well. One game should be enough to tell you either way.
