Open steam, in the Library view right click on Dota 2 and select "properties" a new window will pop up, click on the "Local Files" tab then click on "Verify integrity of game files" a scan will start, this will check all the game files for bugs or updates let it finish and after try running the game.

Let me know if this works :)

Some detailed information on dota2 is unavailable because it is a non-Steam mod or shortcut. Steam will still manage launching the game for you and in most cases the in-game overlay will be available. i cant when i properties i have only one tab SHORTCUT... plz help me

It should update automatically, check to see if your client is up to date. To do so, just exit out of steam and close it then launch it again

Make sure nothing is interfering with Steam, usually firewalls tend to be passive aggressive and block stuff they shouldn't, check your firewall settings.

What exactly did you try so far?

change regions, restart steams 100time,clear caches....dont know but everything i think

In that case I don't know, it is really weird that you can't even bring up the game's properties within steam itself ;/

Do you have any mods installed or anything else downloading?

Starting to run out of ideas here, I think it would be better if you ask in the Dota 2 forum, here:

https://steamcommunity.com/app/570/discussions/

Maybe someone can give better help there :)

omg...can i some how back up pc time

Backup PC time? If you're referring to "going back in time" then yes, it's called "System restore" (I think?) on windows.

If you want to backup your games, just use an external hard drive.
