Paypal not working?
Trying to purchase but a small black window opens up instead of going to paypal? Never happened before. Weird

I have the same problem. Two days ago everything works normal but today i am not able to buy a game with paypal. Steam support not helpfull :-(

The workaround for this is to go to your purchases here...

https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase

Find it and retry it again.
