Problem with activating game key

I recently purchased a Hoi IV No Step Back Game Key and thought I had sucesfully activated it, but when I loked it up it didnt show up in the libary. When I tried to use the key aggain however it said that I already had the object in my libary. Does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem is?

Well, did you contact Steam? And I don't mean writing on the forums. Was it a while ago or only mere minutes/hours? Support is getting thousands of requests.

Who is "they"? Seller or developer?

Did you check the DLC section on the games library page? Go to the games library page, scroll down the right side until you get to the DLC section and click "Manage My X DLC."

Yes I cheked under Mange my DLC and it wasnt there. As for the Seller that was Gamekey Tech. And regarding support I didnt contact them yet, hoping there would be an easy solution. However I must certanly thank you for the quick requests so far.

At first I would have thought that too, but on the one hand this isnt the first time I bought there and everytime before there wasnt a problem and secondly I wouldnt even have started to buy from that site if it wouldnt have been recomended to me by friends who, to my knowleadge, also never had problems with it. That is the same as saying pro Counter-Strike teams/tournaments and even YouTubers promoting and even being sponsored by one of these sites makes it more legit. It doesn't. We all know the 2 letter 1 number site I am referring to.
