Battlefield 2042 download issues

So battlefield 2042 came out today and im having issues with downloading it ive never had this problem before. What happens is I start up the download and it has half the game downloaded and proceeds to just start installing the game when its not downloaded all the way, and its installing it at a rylly slow pace. pls help

44 gigabyte compressed. It needs to uncompress the files which takes longer depending on your hardware and the speed of your drive.

And? It's still a 100GB game. Your download is just one part of the installation process. Let it finish.

Faster CPU for total processing power ability, faster storage.

That's basically it. Installs as fast as your system can handle; which is often the slowest part involved in the process.

I now have the game fully downloaded and it boots up to a black screen for 1 minute and then crashes
