How to play a game in French.

I own a lot of games I downloaded on the steam palteform but I cannot play them in french.
Is-it normal?

Yes, pretty normal. Depending on your taste in games, you may not get any localization whatsoever. Localization is hella expensive and small studios may just as well not bother.

Set your Steam client to French first. That will make games following Steam language settings (and having localization) follow suit. For the other games, see if there's an in-game language option. Others follow your system language. Still, not all games have localization in the first place.

Every game on Steam has a little table of supported languages on the store page. I suggest you consult that.
