Discussion Topics Getting Auto-subscribed

This has been happening for a couple of days now. I never subscribe to threads yet I'm getting message notification alerts and they are all discussion posts I've commented in and others have made comments. I click on them and have to unsubscribe from discussion.

Glitch in the matrix? Anyone else?

When you type a response to any post, there's a checkbox under the text area "subscribe to discussion". If you were to accidentally check that (I've done this) it remains checked for all future replies in all other topics until you uncheck it. If you've developed blindess to the input, like I have, you can be caught unawares.

That would be the first thing I'd rule out anyway.

Its good to auto subscribe to topics you write (in).
You can unsubscribe if you dont want to follow it further
