Pending cloud uploads

So I had my Football Manager 2022 save going on and then started getting BSOD's so surely I had to troubleshoot. I ended up re-installing Windows and now when I've the game re-installed and I want to start the game, I get this window that I've "1 sessions of Football Manager 2022 which have not completed uploads to Steam Cloud".

Now I can either cancel launching the game or just ignore and continue. Ignoring and continuing will be just fine, but it asks me for it every single time.

It also says my most recent session is with my device that I had before the Windows re-install and the state is "upload not started".

How do I get rid of this window since the device is literally the same?

PS: I only had a tactic and some views saved up so I don't care if I have to re-create them.
