Open chat/friend list with Windows
Is there a way to open the friend list automatically after Steam launches with Windows?

Best solution I know of is to go to your settings (under Steam tag in upper-left), going to Interface, then there will be a section that reads: "Select which Steam window appears when the program starts, and when you double-click the Notification Tray icon". Under that is a drop-down menu with options, and "Friends" being one of them. Click OK, then on your next Steam startup, it should open with your friends list!
