Key nicht vorhanden / Account gesperrt

Hallo,


Mein Account wurde gesperrt weil jemand versucht hat sich einzuloggen. Nun möchten Sie wissen das ich auch wirklich der Besitzer bin und hab Ihnen sämtliche Beweise senden können wie Zahlungen von der Kreditkarte oder auch Paypal. Konnte alles belegen bis auf diesen Key. Zu meinem Account hab ihn seit 2003 und hab da nur das Half life Spiel drauf gehabt und hab nun im letzten Jahr November Cs go darauf angefangen zu spielen. Hab mir insgesamt in den letzten 2 Monaten ein Inventar von 1200 Euro aufgebaut durch Kisten ziehen.

Nun soll er wohl gesperrt bleiben weil ich keinen Key nachweisen kann jedoch hab ich doch mehr als genug Beweise das es sich um meinen Account handelt.

Hat jemand schon erfahrungen gemacht das es tatsächlich bei trotz so vielen Beweisen der Account gesperrt bleibt? Bin über mein Steam Guard ja auch angemeldet.

Ansonsten muss mein Anwalt wohl mal ein Brief aussätzen.

When they ask for the first game key used on the account, that means the key is what will prove to them that you created the account. This is especially necessary for old accounts.

Quite a few people do, including myself.

None of what you mention dates back to the first days when your account was created but that Half-Life key does. That's why they ask for that.

So you want to have my account blocked and that I can no longer access my inventory? And without any reason? Then this will probably be a case for my lawyer and I will file claims for damages!

Nothing is impossible. Either provide the oldest evidence they ask for or they will assume you were never the original account creator.

Your lawyer would be told to provide the same information, the Half-Life game key.

There was no store in 2003 when Steam launched. That would assume the Half-Life game key was the first real proof of ownership for the account.
Counter-Strike GO release in 2012. Nearly a full decade after "your" account was created.

Und es ist doch wohl offensichtlich, dass du den Account nicht selbst erstellt hast.
Wenn man Accounts kauft, hat man leider Pech gehabt, wenn so etwas passiert.

I have 3 of them. I have one that is still there and I have no problems there. My account was hijacked. That's how I got these problems.

And I didn't buy the account anywhere either. Created all by myself!

I just wanted to keep them because the coins are important to me.

The account was completely empty and unused, no purchases or games. The only thing that came with it was the Half-Life package that was activated during a promo in the early years around 2003

So, the account is being contested. You should have told us that in the beginning. That is the entire reason why support wants the Half-Life game key. They need you to prove that YOU created the account back in 2003 when the game key was added to the account. Only you would have this proof of ownership, not the hijacker.
If the account is contested by two or more people multiple times and the account owner can not provide the only proof of ownership they require, they will lock up the account so no one can ever get access to it again.

Und warum sollte es nichts bringen? Sie können mir nicht unterstellen das ich den Account nicht selbst erstellt habe schliesslich hab ich ihn nicht benutzt die zeit über. Und jetzt wo ich mir Skins und alles angelegt habe sperren sie ihn? Okay klar zur Sicherheit da ein Fremder eingriff hatte und auch die Support Ticket direkt geschlossen hat. Musste alles zurück setzen. Aber den Key von vor 18 Jahren zu verlangen ist nicht fair.. bei sovielen anderen Beweisen. Ansonsten bleibt mir kein anderer Weg. Es ist ja auch nicht wenig Geld.

All the other evidence you mention does not date back far enough to prove you created the account in 2003. That's why.
