Why won't this one title open?

Recently got a new computer and reinstalling the games. So far everything is working fine except Feed and Grow: Fish. From steam I'll hit play, get prompted with a box "play feed and grow: fish" and "play launcher".

Choosing "Play Feed and Grow: Fish" has a white box come up, labeled Feed & Grow: Fish" it stays up like 2 seconds and then everything closes out like I never tried to open it at all

Choosing play launcher has the launcher come up, with options like news,mods and play. Selecting play has the labeled white box come up for a second before disappearing again. However now steam claims it is running and I am unable to stop it running.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled, checked the drives and tried to make sure everything is up to date but I feel like I must be missing something. Like I said, other games run fine. It's my sons favorite game and he's crushed he can't play it

I'm having the same problem, my kids are pissed. We have a top of the line gaming cpu and can't play a simple flash game.
