Do people i unfriend recieve chat messages?
Hi,

i send a message to someone in my friendlist and then unfriended him. He was offline and didnt read the message. Did he recieve it anyway?

Yes they do. If they do not close the message they can attempt to message you back aswell although Steam will prompt you with a warning that the message is from someone not on your friendslist.

Yes they do. If they do not close the message they can attempt to message you back aswell although Steam will prompt you with a warning that the message is from someone not on your friendslist.

I received your message and I also see from whom. I can write back but I don't think you'll see it :)

They will only see it if they accept the warning Steam provides.
