If recovery software can't find it, then you're out of luck, unless you are prepared thousands of dollars for a slim shot at getting it recovered by a professional company.

If the screenshot is still on Steam, just download it. While you're at it, read up on the definition of computing clouds. You looking for a file named "Steam cloud" means you've literally no idea of that concept.
Long story short: cloud=some server on the internet. Steam cloud=Valve's server. Not your PC, not a server in your household, Valve's server.

Did you check inside the folders at the following location?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\1033965665\760\remote

I realise you said you checked your screenshots folder, but you may have been talking about the one defined in Settings, not these (game specific) ones.

I suspect they're no longer there either, but it's worth checking.

screenshot is not in steam after i delete it

can i get it from server you are talking about?
If you haven't removed it from Steam cloud, then it's still in Steam. Well, on Steam. So you open your profile, navigate to that screenshot and download it.

not on my profile
Well, in that case, you either never uploaded it to Steam cloud, or you did delete the cloud copy of that screenshot along with your local one.

It's certainly not on your profile. It may be private, but if you don't see this in your private Screenshots either, it's gone all right.

Looks like you've deleted it from the cloud/your profile a while ago and forgot about it. The Screenshot uploaded didn't know you've already deleted it, so it offered you to, but it's gone all right.

Some screenshots are saved on your pc in the /userdata/ folder.

problem is that, i thought its will be only deleted from my profile but its deleted from my screenshots folder too
Well, you clicked "Delete" in a program running locally on your computer. Take that as a learning lesson!
