im just wanting to give two of my friends a gift

when the steam sale was happening, i decided that my friends should play phasmaphobia with me, and its only two people, so im not even trying to like give it commercially and it furiates me because i can give one friend it but then it says I CANT SEND IT which means that now i just wasted time and such because now my friend now feels left out cause he cant play with us, i seriously dont like this new steam thing though everyone else can have there own opinion but still its dumb for certian times, and all im wanting to do is just give my friends a gift

well it said that a error accoured and it told me to wait a few minutes but i kept waiting and waiting but still popped up whenever i tried to send it to the other friend, though my friends account im trying to send it to is sort of new, but idk if thats the case tbh, but it mostly said that a error accoured doing your purchase please wait a few minutes

Try sending him a digital gift card instead so that he can buy the game himself.
