I have a problem gifting a digital steam gift card to my friend hes in argentina
and im in poland i did it like 2 moths ago and it worked fine now it says this there seems to have beend an error inttalising or updating your transaction please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance i did contact them and they just told me to keep trying and i tried to update my pay method and even different methods

I heard that you can't send digital gift cards to certain countries anymore. I think Argentina was one of them.

Correct. They can not be gifted to or from the countries. And Turkey.
