I can't accept a $10 gift card gifted to me.
it says "An error occurred accepting your gift, please try again in a few minutes." I have tried turning my modem off, resetting my PC, but nothing works.

also i dont know if this has anything to do with anything, but my country uses euros and someone sent me a gift card in USD, would that affect anything?

No, just have to try again later.

I suggest try deleting cache, and cookies via Steam client settings, then relaunch the client.
