Steam Overlay and HDR issue
So when I'm playing a game with HDR enabled in-game and in Windows 10, it acts as normal. However, when I use the Steam overlay, HDR is not properly applied to the overlay. All the colors are over-saturated and the black/white ratio is crazy.
Is this a bug, or poor implementation?

HDR support was never added to the overlay.

Steam’s HDR support is rubbish, there’s no HDR ~> SDR tone mapping either so screenshots taken in HDR look awful, grey and washed out.

It's probably screenshotting as Windows GDI would see it.

Ah, gotcha. Well that makes sense considering the fact that Big Picture mode is also behind the times with no 4K support lol. Thanks!

Let's hope that with SteamOS 3 and the update to BigPicture, they will do that.
