[MARKET] Buy order not listed and can't cancel

Hey all,

I'm having an issue that I cannot seem to solve and hopefully one of you has dealt with this and can assist. I set buy orders for trading cards and one of the cards was not fulfilled as it stated I had an active order and had to wait for it to be filled, cancel it, or update it. The issue I'm having which is infuriating is I cannot find the buy order anywhere, even in my buy orders it says (0). Any help appreciated since Steam support also doesn't offer any guidance.

That's exactly what mine is related to as well. Hopefully someone has a fix because I still can't find one.

I just logged in, and the non-existent buy order was resolved. The trading card was in my inventory and my wallet was 6 cents lighter. It looks like we just need to wait a while and the store will resolve it.

Yeah it appears once it actually gets filled it fixes it but still... It's definitely a glitch.

I also have this same problem. All of my listings for cards have been either bought, or sold, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Tried logging in and out, but still nothing.

I have the same problem, I placed orders for Steam Winter Cards but they are gone... And I cannot place new ones until I cancel them??? But they are not on the list.

What happens when the buy order cannot be completed? I just bought a trading card for the steam winter sale at 3 cents and its already back up to 5 or 6. Do we just wait or is there a way we can have steam fix this issue sooner?

Now it works again, but all my first orders are gone. Are they still active? Because I cannot cancel them.

Same issue here for the Steam Awards cards. Put in an order to buy a "VR Game of the Year" card, and I do not have the card, do not have an order, and cannot put in another order because it says that I already have an order put in. Cannot cancel because there is already an order, but when I go to see the order, there is nothing there. Put it in for .06 and there are plenty available at .06.

So I did some digging and it appears it is indeed a bug. We might have to just send support a number of requests until they send it up the food chain to be checked.

Fixed here, all my orders are showing up now on the market list. Probably was some delay on the server.

I've actually been having this problem for over 24 hours with the steam winter sale badge. I put in a purchase for all remaining cards I didn't have at the time (which were 3 cards), and none of them are showing up in buy orders, so I'm also stuck waiting and hoping it fixes itself. Definitely NOT HAPPY.
