Being a launcher/downloader doesn't at all make it a "scam", and getting upset to even call it that is absurd. If you're having an actual issue with the game, you can request a manually reviewed ticket but you must explain as much relevant information as possible including the download time, what the problem is, how you sought out help etc and that it's not getting resolved.
If you're just angry that it has exceeded the refund time by downloading the game, that's not a game issue.
A manual ticket is required if the 2 hour mark was met.
If the download exceeds the agreed playtime before the game ran at all, it is a problem with the game. Refunds are to reduce the risk of buying, and not about the download.
Long downloads are not a refund deny element. Every game could make a launcher. You like that?
My reply was based on your claims. 55gb load fairly fast....... what a statement.
No the game runs poorly too. Sorry but in no way should a 3rd party downloader dling the game count as play time. The game is in a horrible state. Pretty sure I downloaded 2042 in that amount of time. I'm not upset or angry as you stated, I just want a refund for a junk game that has sketchy practices.
Then you close the launcher and refund the game after an hour. No one held a gun to your head and forced you to sit there for two hours, you're in complete control. You know the rules, you can get a refund within 2 hours. If after 1 hour 50 minutes you're still struggling to play the game, close it and refund, don't sit there an blame everyone else.
Yeah sorry I don't sit watching downloads, I have stuff to do.
Why is that anyone's problem but your own? You had stuff to do and it cost you the price of a game.
If you don't see the problem then I can't help you.
Go to the support page - click on purchases - click on the game - click on 'I have a question about this purchase' - explain what happened politely and ask for a refund.
Once again the problem is downloaders counting as play time. Don't know why that is so hard to see.
