steam mobile authenticator 7 days
i activated on 27 november and today i should be able to trade without trade hold our sell. but i still cant trade.

It's seven days "down to the second" when you activated the mobile gadget. So, if you did that at 3:43pm 7 days ago, you'll have to wait until 3:43pm.

A word of warning: if you mean "that email said it was 15:23", that will be GMT-8. If you said "I've received that email @ 15:23", that would indeed be that minute @ your local time zone.

Damned, I should go into the prediction business. If I had moved the finger left (from the 3 to 2) instead of right (from 3 to 4) when making up my example time, it would have been an exact match :-) Maybe with a little bit of training...

Take 15:23 UTC-8 and convert it to your own time zone.
