Can you transfer your money from your wallet to credit/debit card?

I recently requested a refund from steam to go to my credit card, they split half and half, and i was wondering if there was a way to get the other half to the same payment method.

Nope, that would lead to money laundering - you can't turn store credit back into cash.

See it this way: a REfund got the same RE in it, as REturn. Meaning when you request a REfund, you request a REturn of your money. So the money returns where it came from, half to your card, half to your wallet, because that's where it came from when you paid half/half.

... which is coincidentally how refunds work in the banking system. A refund isn't just banks sending some money, which so happens to be exactly the same amount, between them. A refund is A PARTICULAR transaction which gets reversed, resulting in all effects of that transaction getting reversed, including money going back to where it came from.

Refunds go back to the original payment methods. You can't pay half in half and then request a full refund to your CC/debit card. You can request a full refund to the Steam Wallet, though.

If you make any part of a purchase on wallet that part HAS to go back to wallet when refunded.

There is no way to 'withdraw' from wallet. It's store credit rather than money, the money is spent.
