Streaming mouse problems in WOW
I've been using the streaming play service to play games from my laptop at work in my down time because it's just not strong enough to play games well. I've been playing Destiny 2, WOW and New World pretty flawlessly aside from occasional hangups due to network issues.

Something in a recent update in either WOW or Steam has broken WOW for me. The menus and Battlenet launcher work fine. Streaming Overwatch and Diablo 2 and 3 work fine. But when I load into WOW and am in game, the mouse input bugs out. As soon as I right click with the mouse, the cursor disappears and I'm stuck in look around mode as though I'm holding the button down to pan the camera about. Sometimes it also gets stuck running, which is both R and L mouse buttons.

Trying to troubleshoot from home, if I click the right button at home it snaps the feed out and works fine, but the remote mouse in the stream it just gets stuck all over again. I honestly don't know where to even begin troubleshooting it since it's only this one game doing it.

Any help would be appreciated.

fiddling around with it a little more. it seems the left mouse button stays pressed now. if i'm in a menu it behaves normally but the left wont unclick until i open a menu of some kind. No idea what's going on

A workaround is to tab out and back in.
It fixes it until you press and hold your mouse buttons.
Then you have to play the game as a keyboard turner.

Or you could just not use Steam for non-Steam games when it doesn't work well. There was never a guarantee it would always be a benefit... or that every application would be compatible.
