adding wallet funds using paysafecard is completely broken for me :/

Greetings,
anyone having this issue, this the first time that this happened, after entering 50 euro pin steam stuck in (working) for 1/5 hour then i clicked on my library and went to check on purchase history to see the payment is still pending even though i checked the pin balance on paysafe website it shows me the i have 0 balance left and the payment went through,

i have 3 paysafecard pins left but i'm afraid to use them now, also paysafe customer support is utter garbage and i don't know if i should contact steam or not?

Have you tried Steam Support yet? If not do that, but if it is an issue with paysafe and not Steam then you are going to have to contact paysafe customer support.

hopefully this is a steam problem and not paysafe because their customer support is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nightmare, one time it took them 3 days to respond to me the other time they blocked the pin for security reasons and after 9 days and utter agony they unlock it

and now the pending purchase disappeared completely from my purchase history like it never happened, can somebody tell me where did the money gone and who should i ask for it steam or paysafe?

Same here. When PaysafeCard is selected as a payment method for topping up my wallet, this message gets displayed:

"We are temporarily unable to process transactions with this payment method at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Hope this clears up soon.

at least they warned you and disabled this payment option for now, me and many others the money just evaporated, where? No one knows, if you check the balance in the pin you see 0 remaining and the payment went through to steam -_- I have a pending ticket with steam customer support they asked for screenshot which i provided, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ehhhhh hopefully this will be resolve today before i lose my mind

Update: finally thank the lord they added the 50 euro to my steam wallet :), hopefully this issue with paysafe will be fixed for everyone else as soon as possible

I still have 2×50 but i'm afraid to redeem them because i don't know if the issue still persist or like some say they temporarily disabled paysafe.

1+ year later same issue... I tried to recharge 50 PSC and my code got instantly blocked!
