Can I activate the Euro based Gift Card in my wallet?

Likely not. To combat scams (it's always scumbag wastes of human skin ruining things for everyone), wallet cards don't work cross-region.

Generally, that is. There's a tiny chance yours will work due to an oversight, but don't rely on that.

Also, Sri Lanka, like some other South Asian countries default to USD because their own currency isn't supported so I'd assume the usual rules with US dollars and Euro would apply.
