Guild Game Suggestions

So I'm looking for a new game and I would love some recommendations.
I want to find a game that is similar to running a guild, think of the anime Overlord or Fairy Tale but from the leader's standpoint. Choose and control minions, interesting story, the ability to expand and improve a base, things like that. I've done some looking but Steam's search engine isn't helping too well.

I have Gladiator Guild Manager, it's good, but I don't think it has enough depth to the gameplay.
Legend of Keepers was great, but didn't have a deep campaign like I was hoping for.
I've tried a number of base building games, and it's just not the same.

Any recommendations?
