Buying a prebuilt pc

Hello steam community. I need help buying a mid - high end pc if you will. What I am currently swayed on is the digital storm lynx. Here are the specs if they are them.

If you could help me I would very much appreciate it. And if you could also give an example of games I could play on this pc as well like for example i have skyrim special edtion and kenshi and a bunch of rts games such as dawn of war soulstorm, 2, and 3. And company of heroes 1 and 2 as well. Also games I cannot run on this as well. Please and thank you so much!

Why a digital storm lynx?

Why a Vega 11 and not a 5700xt?

3400G is not out and either is it 12 core and rx vega is a waste of electrical power

why I am wanting to get the lynx is that it is affordable for me as of right now. I am basically incompetent when it comes to pcs having not used one in over 11 years (I did not have the money so I became an xbox user, I am only 19) I just want a good prebuilt pc so i can jump back into playing on the pc again cause i miss games like team fortress 2 and counter strike global offensive and i want to play many other games that would be especially better on the pc rather than xbox and playstation like skyrim and xcom etc.. I just need help before i throw in a huge boat load of money on a pc that will break down in a year or two or not run games i would like to play
