Can Somebody unban me?

Vac doesn't do temporary 7 day bans.
Nothing bans you and prevents you from login in to your account.

No reports would get you banned for nothing. You could be banned 10000000000 times and you would still not be banned if there was no evidence to back up the reports.

Likely phished when you logged in on a dodgy phishing site.

Change your Account password on a secure device, mobile phone for example.

Its 7 days down to the exact second and its by EST (Eastern Standard Time) which Steam uses.
Not your local time.

About your steam account? Or a game server?

Sounds like you got scammed and account hijacked.

They might just wanted you to give them 7 days to steal your items if the hold timer is off......
