There was a problem adding this product to your Steam account
so today i try to add this game in my account, but it keep saying "There was a problem adding this product to your Steam account". anyone know why this happening?

You need to add the base game first before you can add the DLC.

Go to the page of the game itself and not the DLC. Then just click the "Play Game" button at the store page.
