Can't Upload Client Icon For My Game

Hi, I have completed all necessary steps but uploading client icon. It says, 32x32 pixel image is needed but when I upload the image it just says: "There was an error uploading that image. Please make sure it's a valid icon file(1)." I have tried with ICO, png, jpeg, TGA files but all the same.
