Too Many Activation Attempts
So bought the Ukraine humble bundle with a ton of steam keys, and steam is being stupid "Too Many Activation Attempts" am I really gonna spend 3 days trying to add games to my account?

The cooldown is exactly 60 minutes. Any attempts in that time will reset the cooldown.

Well... that explains a lot...
I get getting locked out fer "Activation ATTEMPTS", to prevent scumbags from fishing fer keys...
But WTF does it lock out SUCCESSFUL activations... :steamdeadpan:

At least I now know to NOT buy games en masse from Fanatical website...
Though it was bad enough that linking Steam to my site account didn't auto apply the keys to my account... but now I have to bloody WAIT a full hour+ between every few keys, making this an all day task :steamfacepalm:
