Where Refunds Apply
The Steam refund offer, within two weeks of purchase and with less than two hours of playtime, applies to games and software applications on the Steam store.
Note: WITHIN two weeks of purchase AND with LESS than two hours playtime.
BOTH conditions MUST be met. (AND)
Rarely. You can try to submit a manual ticket, but don't hold your breath.
Your purchases were two or three months ago. Doubtful.
Secondly a manual refund is discretionary and if they say no, it means no.
If you bought the games in a bundle they ALL get refunded. If you bought them individually you do a refund request per game.
Bundle example: contains 5 games from the same developer and or publisher in a package (bundle) which you add to your cart.
Not a bundle: Adding 5 individual games to your cart.
