making notifications bigger

hi just moved to a 4k 144hz monitor and the achievemnts and friend invites and stuff like that notifications are tiny and i always dont see them pop up in the corner is there a way to make them bigger and maybe add a sound when i get a notification

Open steam client Friends & chat press the settings button notifications
There you can apply sounds at notifications. There is also size/scaling to make chat font size bigger, but you cant make ,,pop up messages" bigger. You must download custom skin for it. Welcome to 4K
