Will they deliver it to my house or will i have to put the desktop together myself?
Pre-built pc is something done for you, comes in a big box, if see package inside PC case like bubble wrap, foam, or air bag want to take that out, and be careful not to push on the hardware such as GPU. Now if GPU comes in a box by itself, it not hard to install, just remove the back plate of the case normally held by screws where the GPU back ports be going, and slide card into top long port that closest to the CPU, and put the screws back as they help give gpu support, then plug in PCI-e power cables, then all set to go to power on desktop.

Can see example pre-built pc when unpacking.

Prebuild is what i plan on going with because trying to do it myself might end up braking something inside the back of the pc

Which is a fine option. People may get all twisted up about how "easy" it is. And while it's not difficult, if it's not something you want to do, or enjoy doing it, paying someone else to do it (prebuilt) is perfectly normal.

The trade off is you either have to pay extra, or make some compromises to stay on budget. You're capable of making that decision yourself though.

That fine, no worries there.

Also make sure when you're connecting your montior, or TV is that you connect it to the gpu itself, and not the motherboard as you want to use your GPU for video output. Here an example showing where to look when plugging your HDMI, or Displayport to your GPU for desktop.

Facebook is bad place to get advice on certain things such as legal advice, buying things, and when comes to PC, it's not the best place, due to high amount of misinformation, and scams that happens on facebook, where people try to con others into buying outdated hardware at high price, or getting rip off hard over paying for something.

Believe or not, you can find a lot of scam reselling happens via Facebook where they promote knick knacks, or what not they point to websites that sell example wolf necklace for $45 ~ $70, and if do reverse search on it you find them selling for $5 ~ $20, stuff like that same product, and everything.
