Can anybody please help me.
Im trying to buy a game from the JRPG SALE since it started, but it keeps giving me error, saying my bank failed to accept, and that i need to contact the card owner WHAT?
I already spoke to my bank, and they say there is no issue on their end, and i can keep doing online shopping, so i tried on a few other platforms and somehow it accepts, but on Steam, sometimes it accepts, and sometimes just gives me this error, why does this only happens on Steam?
Is this some type of security measure Steam as?

Im starting to get a bit worried that Steam permanently blocks my future purchases, i keep trying every 2 hour.
