How do I combine the games from my two accounts into one?

I have two different Steam accounts. I can't seem to remember my login information from the first account, although it has most of my games on it. How do I accomplish this?

you recover the account. you cannot merge accounts nor can you transfer games

You can not.
Games are permanently bound to the account they were purchased/activated on.
Accounts can not be merged either.

You can try using Family Share, but that requires access to the other account and not all games are supported by it.

You don't. Licenses can't be transferred between accounts. Accounts cannot be combined.

You recover the account. And if you absolutely cannot, then you give up and learn a lesson about managing account credentials properly moving forward.

Although I'm not sure how you imagine you could merge accounts when you don't have access to the second account, can't recover it, and thus wouldn't be able to prove ownership. Even if it were an option you'd have to have full control and access to both accounts. Merging accounts absolutely wouldn't be a solution to get access to an account you can't access for very obvious reasons.
