Try not being vague as to why you want a generalized ticket.
if you provide some information about what your issue is, someone on the forums will either know the answer or know how to contact support about your issue. support mainly handles account and billing issues.
May I ask what you want to ask of them?
PS Its a question/issue i know i need steam support to sort out. Its not something any of us could do ourselfs and its not a silly "how remove vac ban" question or something like that.
Its about account changes only steam will be able to do, so i need to talk to a support person about it.
they have an FAQ telling people how to change their store region when they move
we have had people asking for help and going back and forth for hours just trying to get some simple information about what the issue was. and that thread would of been done and finished in less then 5 minutes instead of hours, and all they needed to do was provide something very simple "what is the issue?"
if you cant find it in the support menu, it most likely is not something support can assist with.
- Click Support
- Go to My Account
- Go to Data related to my Account
- Scroll all the way down to find the "Contact Steam Support" button.
You're wasting everyones time by still being vague, there is no generalized "submit a general question" aka "submit ticket button".
Just select the category that most applies, fill it out, await the response.
People were asking what the question was because there are multiple paths to submit a ticket depending on what the question is. Submitting it in the wrong path just gets the ticket closed....
There isn't a submit a random question option, as if the question doesn't fit one of the paths support doesn't deal with it

If none of those, then there nothing to change because:
- There is no game transfer to another account, support does not do that.
- There no items recovery.
- If you forget what games you have removed from your account they can't help in that area as you have to figure that out using account history, and emails.
- There is no login name change.
- Support can not help you with 3rd party game issues as they be just as lost as you are looking for a fix. Only games they can help you with is if it for valve games only.
