Error Code: -105 in app, NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID on site
I've started having this issue as of a few days ago, cant access the steam store through the app at all and under the activity for every game in my library there are just boxes of "failed to load event". When I try to get on the site, I get the error in the title. It isn't just steam either, the issue is on a ton of other sites too.

I've tried all the commonly mentioned solutions online and nothing works, any suggestions?

if i recall corrctly its a DNS issue you get the info from a cache somewhere thats outdate, VPN to proxy cache thats outdate from ISP or wrong gateway or somethings like that

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID on site ( this look like its on steam site ) unless 1000 of other steam user dont confirm this, or had this within the few days you use as ref.

then its sounds like you dont get your data direclty from steam server.

ps.
this is not support this is user forum and a user reply to even know this require skill and have access and we dont have it here, Either talk with ISP and Steam support ticket is the only way out of it,unless you know your gateway and connection and its DNS issue.

cant say its a win7 issue with SLL , but let me put it this way, it dont help if you are.

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
That is usually an error when something attempts to setup a encrypted connection using a certificate from an authority that is not trusted (anymore).

Could be an indicator for a shoddily done man in the middle attack.
Could be a badly setup encrypted connection.

As it happens with the Steamstore, i suspect the former, the man in the middle attack.

Thanks for the comments guys, as my brain is very small, I did not really understand much of it. Is there a solution you guys would recommend trying?

ask ISP, as you said it work fine before, such things dont just change, and sense you are the only one,

Try safe boot mode with network ofc.

dont have use VPN or been on win7 with wifi because that not possible without a win7 SSL fix.
