My Steam Subscription has been put on hold and I don't know why.
I have lost access to the content provided by one of my subscriptions, and when I go to manage subscriptions on steam, it says that the subscription is "On Hold". There's no option to cancel or renew the subscription and it's only been 15 days on a monthly subscription so there shouldn't be any payment needed yet (I checked and it said 30 days on the receipt). I tried to use steam support but I couldn't find anything that described my issue at all. I haven't received any email about it and can't find anything about an "On Hold" subscription online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Checked the store page and/or community hub for the game? Are you using a Russian bank?

There's nothing I could find on the store page for the game (Europa Universalis IV) or the subscription itself. When I checked if I could purchase the subscription again it said that it's a duplicate item. Also no, I use and Australian Bank.

I have the same issue and it's the same game, EU4. My subscription is ' on hold ' and i can't cancel it nor pay it. Steam support don't have any information about this and i'm worried that they are gonna charge us for a subscription payment that we're not aware of lol.

i hope you solved the issue cause it's been two months of this topic.
