Windows.old not containing Steam folder (steamapps)
I downgraded back to windows 10 but had to do a clean install because i ran out of time, now i want to get all of my beat saber files back but i cant seem to find them inside of windows.old any help?

... that's not what windows.old is... you are new to computers it's obvious, that's just an old version containing the MAIN windows folders... games, and more arent stored in that!

if you did not install steam games on multi lib then they are gone , most ppl that do fresh install is a on clean disk, you might want to reinstall it, if this is a save game then backup files is the only thing that can help you, i cant see cloud solution so imo save game is gone.

cloud files , if not there then its store local, dont forget check onedrive also.
depend on where that game store its save game

Well they are. Windows.old is basically your backup of your previous installation.

Windows.old folder is a folder in system partition (usually C: drive) that contains previous Windows installation, program files and all the data of Users. It is processed after you upgrade your Windows operating system to a new one.
