What if I use my account for a day on a friend's PC?
I'd love to show one of my games to a friend, but on his PC.
Problem is: he also has a Steam Account
So my question is: can I log with my account on his Steam setup, download a single game, play it together with my account, then uninstall the game and log back with his account?

Would this affect in some negative way one or both of the accounts?

Your account will be forever tied to that device. Computer name and It can be seen when setting up Family Sharing.
Other than that, you should be ok.

Why not just "family share" your library with your friend? Then he can play the game as long as you're not online.

Because it's called family share, not friend share for a reason

I bet most people are not even sharing their games with a family member, but just with "friends".

Does the game support remote play together?

The whole point of having friends is to play together. Family share pretty much excludes that intent plus I believe the original intent was to encompass all machines in the same household.

But yeah, you're probably right.

There shouldn't be any negative repercussions. There isn't anything against the ToS bout having your games downloaded to multiple PCs as far as I know. As long as it is YOU logging in to your account and playing the games it doesn't matter what PC it is.

Even if you left the game installed on your friends PC they wouldn't be able to play it as it's not tied to their account.

Don't play anything that checks for cheat engines. You might get a ban if he has something installed
