I HAVE AN ALERT IN MY STEAM ACCOUNT
Today I was login and see a red messege saying "You have an account alert" and when I do clik there say my account was restricted because ''Actividades fraudulentas''(srry idk how say it in english xd), so I try contact the steam support but I can't do it, someone know how I can quit that messege? or how can contact the support?, and I have a block whit all my purchases, some tip or advice to do? rlly my account is so value for me, pls help :c

You need to contact steam support and ask them what you need to do.

Click "Help" and then "Steam Support."

They don't have a phone number. You can only contact them by submitting a ticket through the support page.

here are the instructions

1) click "help"

2) click "steam Support"

3) click "my account"

4) click "data related to your Steam Account"

5) scroll down to the bottom and click "Contact Steam Support".

p.s the rest who reply to you OP never even bother to give thorough instructions to Contact Steam Support at all.

You have to do a proper click, not just clicking random stuff, but clicking options related to that topic.

Make a ticket to support that be under help section, someone gave steps already above how to get to the location to make a ticket, ask your question, and wait for reply, read carefully when they reply.

i) contact your/the bank which your credit card is from.
Don´t let me send my question to support, idk why but don't let me write anything, it's like the page was bug or someting like that

I've never gotten one but every screenshot of someone else's that I have seen either had a Contact Support button to click or the words themselves in the text was a link.

I've seen screenshots from fraud alerts containing such link, the alert I got for an accidental community ban had such a link.

if you dont get it fixed, the ban can be permanent

you need to contact steam support and get this fixed before the time runs out. and why are you still unable to contact support?

If the Alert has not been resolved by the set time, the account will generally be LOCKED forever.
