Account was hacked an all games have been 'deleted'
My account was breached but luckily they were unable to change the password or do anything too malicious because I had two factor authentication. But in a bid to blackmail me they removed all games from my steam account - not deleted, removed from the account. By going into steam support you can undo this removal, but I'm trying to avoid the tedious process of doing this for hundreds of games (let alone figuring out what I had in the first place).
Is there a way to expedite this process or somewhere in the support where I can list this particular issue? All account issues don't seem to be relevant to this.

You can see the list of all your games, even removed ones if you look through the list of games when you go through the process of enabling Family View.
https://store.steampowered.com/parental/setmine
Now, restoring them.
1) Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/
2) Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.
3) Click on the game.
4) Select "It's not in my library"
5) Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"

Support themselves won't restore them all. They'll just tell you to do it yourself. And yes, hijackers are now trolling their victims by removing titles from their accounts. I see this more with Counter-Strike GO Prime status more than anything.

Since it's just an advanced hide feature, they're just being ♥♥♥♥♥ about it. Wouldn't surprise me.

You may be able to use steam DB or Steam latter to see your list of games. (Family view will miss some)

Thanks for this, I don't expect much help from steam themselves, but at least this gives me a list!

Follow these steps to secure your account.

your account may be compromised
DO NOT TRADE
If you have access to the account

Steps to take NOW:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Please review how you are logging into Steam, you somehow gave them your log in information. This could of been due to the computer being compromised and redirecting to a fake login, or you using a 3rd party site to login to steam.
