Steam deck? How to order?

So i made a reservation for one back in July last year and it released today. It says we will have 3 days from release to confirm order by an email?
I didnt get any email.
Anyone know what's going on and how to actually order it?

It will tell you your estimated availability date. I got my reservation in 20 minutes after they opened, and mine is quarter 2. This means I can expect an email some time between the end of March and the end of June.

That it was released, does not mean it is now your turn to order one.

There's a queue for purchasing. When there's decks availables and it's your turn, you will receive a notification or email.

It is saying q2 because people ordered it before you so they get it during q1 but that doesn't mean you won't get one. It goes by a queue and when a item is available for the deck that you ordered you will get a email then have 72 hours to buy.

Most people don't even login everyday. Enable push notifications on your phone for emails.

Yea mine is after q2. But keep in mind you could get it sooner because of the queue just depends. I'm not sure what they do when it's sold out though.

Yea mine is after q2. But keep in mind you could get it sooner because of the queue just depends.

Most people don't even login everyday. Enable push notifications on your phone for emails.

F.Y.I I'm fairly sure Q are actually quarters (12 / 4 = 3) I.E. Q1 =Jan, Feb and March. No Q2 people would be eligible for anything until at the earliest April 1st.

Thats what i thought too until i saw people saying they gotten an email when they're Q2 and its what got me a bit worried i might miss it.
