I have funds in my account but i get this message every time i try to get the keys. Anyone have a fix for this? Been waiting 24 hours on support and not even 1 reply yet.

Is the ticket still open?

If it is, you'll just need to be patient. Elden Ring just came out, so things are most likely a bit crazy for Support with the usual day 1 refund rush. They will get to your ticket.

ticket is still open but I am wondering if there is a work around for this I have the funds in my wallet but in CSGO i get that message when trying to get keys. I mean I have a knife in one of these cases. LOL

Other things you could try are; using your desktop browser, not using a VPN and making double sure all your info is correct.

Usually, though, the issue either solves itself within a matter of time or Support has to look into it.

well the keys are bought in game, and that certain key isnt on the market.

Is that all? You could be waiting days. Also make sure it's an issue that Support can deal with and not something that can be answered by the community.

It is about the same subject. CSGO cases, transaction failed, awaiting Steam Support response.
