Steam profile layout completely messed up

That alone should tell you what im dealing with. I have NO idea what is wrong with my profile layout. I've tried restarting steam, computer, logging out and in...nothing.

What can I do?

Clear the cache and then reload the page.

Steam > Settings > Web Browser > Delete Web Browser Cache

Did you change your resolution or something?
Using the web browser disable your profile bakground for now. Then check settings for it.
