INSUFFICIENT PRIVILEGE
Hi, I received a gift from my friend, and when I try to add it to my library it pops a message up saying "Insufficient privilege"
Help, please. its DESTINY 2: THE WITCH QUEEN DELUXE EDITION UPGRADE

Do you own Destiny 2: The Witch Queen? That deluxe edition upgrade only works for those who own the base Destiny 2: The Witch Queen.

Yes, you need the base version of Destiny 2: The Witch Queen before you can claim that upgrade.

BS. I have the base game and i'm getting the same thing. AND the money came off the card already so it's been paid for. Support don't seem too worried about it.
