ive setup an entire paypal account with a card and confirmed it would have no spending limit yet i still cant make a 91$ preorrder with a 100$ card it either tell me there was a problem with authorization when using paypal and a problem with the cardholder holding my funds if i use the card

ive tried to contact the support but their support site is insecure and my computer will not let me access it i can only call and listen to them explain the European trade laws of the card.

Sounds like a prepaid card.

I have found prepaid cards to be notoriously finicky to attach to PayPal accounts. Very difficult even here in the US.

i only tried after it failed initially and its now fully setup im sure i could buy anything else with it, i havent been able to make a steam purchase since i made my account ive had to buy steam codes and whatnot from official sites because steam wont let anything through no matter what it is i couldnt even enter a steam card when i first made my account than they stopped putting them in stores near me

do you have any tips i spent my only game money so i could preorder elden ring and if i cant ill just have a useless 100$ card laying around i dont even have any other idea of what to buy if i cant.

i would just get a steam card but i have to drive over an hour to get one where i live and i dont have a car right now

No they definitely sell Steam keys. I just looked a week ago. Perhaps that was limited time though.

i think so because they dont even have a physical pc option i have no clue what to do with this card now ive wasted my money and this is ass why would steam make it so hard for you to spend money on their application? this is foolish

i messaged support but its bee hours so i assume i was messaging a brick wall, just such a bad setup no way for people to buy and no way for people who cant to contact a support line
