please help me with code redeem, not working
can any one help me with this. when I try to redeem a gift card it says this. every thing that i have entered is correct. I checked it 100 times. please help me any one i also waited 24 hr already after purchase

So you said you enter it in correctly.

Was this gift card bought in your region from your local retail, and not online?

Is your account set to the same region you got the gift card from?

Have you contacted support by making a ticket, and provided picture proof to get help?

yes i did contact the support. i am in india right now, so i bought it from a Indian website.

Ensure account set to India, and ensure the website you got the key from is for India, and not for another country.

The website i purchased is also from India and my account is set to India.

Then all can do is contact support to find out if key the website gave you is legit.

If the code does not work it is likely that it has not been activated by the retailer, even the prepaid cards sold in physical stores must be activated at the checkout, this is to avoid theft, this site probably sold you a stolen code.
